I highly recommend Yata’s Tele-Fit which I have successfully used. My goals were improved core strength, increased flexibility, and better balance. All were achieved with the help of Tele-Fit. Tele-Fit is used with your iPhone or IPad or computer and it’s camera. Yata gives you a personalized set of ever-changing stretches and exercises for golf and physical weaknesses you have. Through my phone camera Yata can see my posture and exercise movements and can correct my movements to perfect my form. Tele-Fits home workout program makes regularly scheduling exercise simple and easy and convenient.
