The combination of stretching, bodyweight, weight training, cardiovascular, nutrition and online coaching in one location. Personal training is the cornerstone of Tele-Fit, each person and each goal is unique to the client and the trainer.
Tele-Fit begins with a 45-minute consultation with Coach Yata. This consultation is used to get a better understanding of what the client wants to achieve through working with Coach Yata. Anything from physical goals to a timeline to achieve your goal. In addition, Coach Yata will get a better understanding of any limitations of the client (for example sports, induced asthma, low back pain, etc. )
An important aspect of Tele-Fit is the online coaching. Coach Yata has 2 decades of experience in personal training as well as certifications in Life Coaching.
This combination separates Tele-Fit from other personal training programs.
What makes Tele-Fit different from other online fitness programs?
Tele-Fit is online personal training, not just a workout program. Coach Yata is able to critique and correct the client’s posture and alignment throughout each workout session. “You will get better results by exercising with better form than with poor form.”
Other online workout programs are a “one size fits all” approach, and the client is left on their own to perform the exercises.
Hello, my name is Yata Williams, and I have been a personal and small group fitness coach since 2002. With client needs ranging from youth sport specific training, pre - post natal fitness, balance and stability, and post physical therapy.

I had the honor of serving on the Board of Directors for The Colorado Neurological Institute (2015 - 2018). I am currently serving on the Board of Directors for Doctors Care (2019 - present) and the Board of Directors for The Knobel Institute for Healthy Aging. On all past and current Boards, I have taken on a "boots on the ground" approach. By connecting with patients, talking to and encouraging support groups, and organizing and participating in patient fitness/ wellness events.
Coach Yata is a sought-after personal trainer, small group (youth sports training and small group training), fitness mentor, and life coach with over 20 years of experience.

Yata and Tele-Fit have been a godsend for me. I was used to going to the gym for workouts and personal training before the pandemic and thought I’d resume when it was safe. But I’ve enjoyed the convenience of remote workouts so much that I’ve continued working out from home with Yata and Tele-Fit. With a few weights, a mat, some space to walk around for body-weight exercises, and a Zoom or Facetime connection, I get the benefit of personal training, the social interaction of a group, and a serious workout.
